Hibaij Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

Hibaij (referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "hibaij") is an online betting and gaming service provider. We offer cricket and football betting, Live Casino, slots, lottery, and jackpot gaming services for members in Bangladesh.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between hibaij and each registered member of the platform. The Terms are available in both English and Bangla — in the event of any conflict between the two, the English version shall prevail.

Hibaij reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• If suspicious activity is detected, hibaij reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account.

Hibaij supports Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other local payment methods for Bangladeshi players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Important points regarding withdrawals:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator).
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, your bet will remain active.
• Placing multiple conflicting bets on the same event is prohibited.
• Hibaij reserves the right to limit or reject any bet.

For Sports Betting:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and a full refund will be issued.
• In the event of any dispute over results, the decision of the relevant international sports authority will be considered final.
• Match fixing or manipulation of information for personal advantage is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hibaij and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

If any of these prohibited activities are proven, hibaij reserves the right to immediately forfeit all funds and permanently close the account.

Hibaij believes gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. We encourage all members to play responsibly, and offer the following tools to help:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Gaming Break: Take a break from your account for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: You can fully deactivate your account for a specified period if you choose.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic reminders about your gaming time and spending.

Hibaij reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.

• Engaging in prohibited activities.
• At the member's own request.

If you wish to close your account, please contact Support. Any remaining balance will be available for withdrawal — unless forfeiture is applicable due to a breach of Terms.
